1. Information Collected

At Yonpatri Center we are committed to the security and privacy of our patients and users. We collect personal information only when strictly necessary to provide our esthetic services and manage bookings. The data we collect may include: full name, email address, and contact details.

2. Systems and Database Management (Firebase)

To ensure agile and secure management of bookings and user profiles (VIP Profile), our website uses the technological infrastructure of Google Firebase. When you register or book, the information is stored temporarily or permanently in a cloud environment encrypted and secured under the highest standards of protection (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Auth).

  • Authentication: Your password is end-to-end encrypted and our team has no access to it in plain text. Integration with Google sign-in only retrieves name, email and profile picture if you authorize it.
  • Bookings: Data about the date and type of service you have booked allows our internal team to prepare clinical materials in advance.
  • Chats with the Assistant: Queries made to our Virtual Assistant are processed in real time and optionally stored in your user profile to give you a continuous service, without transferring the use or phonetic model of these conversations to third parties outside the service.

3. Use of Information

The information collected is used exclusively to:

  • Confirm appointments and send reminders.
  • Notify about changes in your membership program.
  • Offer personalized support based on your recent body or facial treatments.

4. User Rights (Habeas Data)

Yonpatri Center imperatively emphasizes that your data will not be commercialized, shared, or profited from in any way with third parties. You may request at any time, via WhatsApp or email, the correction, updating or definitive deletion of your profile and all its history stored in our database.
